Simplicity

ClawClip™ is a patented* steel fixing system for precast tilt-up concrete panels.
Once a concrete panel has been positioned, the ClawClip™ system secures the panel into position with one quick impact-gun action, saving time and money.
The ClawClip™ system makes the need to return to the site and weld the panel clip in place obsolete. This is achieved with the specially designed stainless steel spring, combined with the unique shape of the cleat tail and flanged grip bolt, securing the panel clip into its correct position.

Features

Cleat1ClawClip™ Cleat
Manufactured from One Steel™ 350 Grade steel for strength and galvanised for durability.

Spring_RetainerClawClip™ Spring Reatiner

PostHeaderIcon T-Lock

tlock1Melbourne Prop Hire are proud to be the sole Australian Supplier of the lockingT-Lock Brace Locking System.

Innovative Design

The t-lock™ innovative design makes it a reusable, dedicated safety system that is easy to use and fits all existing precast concrete braces. One of the unique features is the one-handed operation – one hand for the job, one for your life. Simply push the button to secure the t-lock™ and its open or closed position will be shown by the safety visual indicator.

Safety Benefits

The t-lock™ with no sharp protrusions is safe to use and contributes to a safe working environment. The t-lock™ eliminates the need to use nails as a brace pin securing device, which prevents unauthorised persons removing brace pins. Its sturdy construction also reduces the risk of vandals removing braced pins. The t-lock™ is the first dedicated safety locking system for concrete panel braces.

Cost Advantage

The t-lock™ reduces lost time incidences (LTI's) with a uniquely designed system to fit all existing braces. The system can be used on all size braces up to 50kN. The t-lock™ has enormous potential to reduce insurance claims and site inspection time. The t-lock™ is a completely reusable system, saving time on installation and removal.

The Brace Pin

The t-lock™ fits all braces that utilise a 16mm diameter pin. It has been tested by NATA Laboratory and has a safety factor of 3 to 1, as well as a Certified SWL (safe working load) of 50kN (5 tonnes). All pins are stamped with SWL and are rated for all braces up to 50kN. The t-lock™ is manufactured from precision ground steel and coated with gold chromate finish.

The Lock

bars-tlockThe t-lock™ has a rugged design to meet Australian construction conditions and has been certified by NATA Laboratory with pullour strength 0.8 tonne. It is easy to fit with a one handed, simple push of the button which requires a unique key to open. Manufactured from high-pressure zinc die-casting, the t-lock™ can be readily identified with your company's name engraved into the body of the lock, ensuring the traceability of manufacture. The locking mechanism is coated with gold chromate finish for durability.

The Key

The unique t-lock™ key is robust and opens the lock with a ¼ turn rotation. The key's engagement profile can be customised for identification. The t-lock™ key is manufactured from high-pressure zinc die-casting and coated with a gold chromate finish.
